Елена Ганчикова

Родилась в Москве, живёт в Париже. Доктор искусствоведения, композитор, пианистка, специалист по новейшим технологиям в музыке. Член Союзов композиторов Франции (SACEM), России и Москвы. Директор Международного института музыкальной эстетики, куратор культурных проектов. Kультурный обозреватель и музыкальный критик. Занимается творческой, педагогической и просветительской деятельностью.

Окончила теоретико-композиторский факультет Московской консерватории (класс профессора Альберта Семёновича Лемана) со специальным фортепиано (класс профессора Валерия Кастельского); композиторский факультет высшей парижской консерватории (класс Жерара Гризе); музыковедческий факультет Сорбонны (научный руководитель — Манфред Келькель); новейшие технологии в музыке, физику звука, психоакустику в парижском Институте исследований в области акустики и музыки IRCAM. Диссертацию защитила в Высшей Школе социалных наук EHESS и в Национальном центре научных исследований CNRS (Научный руководитель — Юг Дюфур).

Проводила исследования в архивах фонда Пауля Захера и Базельского университета (Швeйцария), работала в электронных студиях Берлинского Технического университета TU, Интернационального института электроакустической музыки Буржа IMEB и Академии Искусств Берлина (Akademie der Künste). Получила диплом Мастер 2 «Культурный менеджмент» (Сорбонна, Париж).

Автор многочисленных камерных, симфонических, элекроакустичских и микстовых сочинений, в том числе симфонических поэм «Метель» (по мотивам пьесы М. Цветаевой) и «Нимб», монооперы «Семь пророчеств Ивана Бунина», оратории «Свет», произведения «Звуковое пространство А. Вознесенского», балета «Иуда Искариот» и др.


Franco-russe, native de Moscou, musicienne aux compétences étendues: pianiste, compositeur, musicologue, Elena Gantchikova partage son temps entre le journalisme musical et culturel, la pédagogie et la création musicale.
Observateur culturel et critique musical, d’opéra, ballet et arts pour Belcanto, OperaNews et d’autres medias russes, elle est aussi fondatrice et directrice de l’institut International de formation et création en esthétique musicale InterIMEC et auteur d’un vaste répertoire d’œuvres instrumentales, orchestrales, électroacoustiques et mixtes (parmi lesquelles «Tourbillon de neige» et «Nimbus» pour orchestre symphonique), opéras, ballets, musique de chambre.

1er prix de composition et piano du conservatoire supérieur Tchaïkovski de Moscou, elle a reçu les formations de compositeur (professeur Albert Lehmann), pianiste-concertiste (Professeur Valery Kastelski), musicologue (Professeur Yuri Kholopov), direction d’orchestre (professeur Igor Schtegmann). Elle se perfectionne en direction d’orchestre en stage chez Ilya Musin au Conservatoire Rimski-Korsakov de Saint-Pétersbourg.

A Paris elle est formée en tant que compositeur chez Gérard Grisey au CNSMDP, en nouvelles technologies pour les compositeurs à l’IRCAM (Institut de recherche et coordination acoustique/musique).
En musicologie, elle a suivi le cursus de la Sorbonne-maitrise chez Manfred Kelkel, puis DEA, suivi de recherches doctorales en musicologie du XXe siècle à l’IRCAM, au CNRS (Centre national de la recherche scientifique) et à l’EHESS (Ecole des hautes études en sciences sociales). Hugues Dufourt était son directeur de recherches.
Elle a effectué des recherches à la Paul Sacher Stiftung à Bâle, ainsi qu’aux archives de l’Université de Bâle.

Elle a travaillé comme compositeur en résidence dans les studios d'IMEB (Institut international de musique électroacoustique de Bourges), à l’Académie des arts de Berlin (Akademie der Künste) et à L'Université technique de Berlin (Technische Universität Berlin ou TU Berlin).


Born in Moscow and living in Paris, Elena Gantchikova is a high profile Franco-Russian musician.
She is an accomplished composer, piano performer, musicologist and educator.
She divides her time between music creation, piano performance, education, music and art journalism.

Music critic of opera, ballet and arts for major publications such as Belcanto and OperaNews, Elena is the founder and director of the International Institute for Musical Aesthetics InterIMEC and author of a vast catalogue of instrumental, orchestral, electroacoustic and mixed works including the symphonic poems Blizzard (after M. Tsvetayeva) and Nymbus, opera Seven Prophesies of Ivan Bunin, oratory Light, composition The Sound Space of Andrei Voznesensky, ballet Judah Iscariot, operas , ballets, chamber music. She is member of SACEM (Société des Auteurs, Compositeurs et Editeurs de musique)

Elena received musical education in both Moscow and Paris. She graduated from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory with specializations in musical theory and composition (under Prof. Albert Lehmann), piano performance (under Prof. Valery Kastelski) as well as conducting (Prof. Igor Schtegmann).
She was conducting intern with Ilya Musin at the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St. Petersburg.

In Paris she studied with composer Gérard Grisey at the CNSMDP (Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris) and also studied new technologies for composers at IRCAM (Institute for Research and Coordination Acoustic / Music).

She got a Master degree in musicology from the Sorbonne (under Prof. Manfred Kelkel) and DEA (diplôme d’études approfondies), followed by doctoral research in musicology of the twentieth century at IRCAM, CNRS ( French National Centre for Scientific Research) and EHESS (Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales). Her advisor was Hugues Dufourt.

Later Elena did research at Paul Sacher Foundation in Basel (Switzerland), as well as archives of the University of Basel. Worked as composer-in-residence at IMEB (Institut international de musique électroacoustique de Bourges), at the Academy of Arts in Berlin and at the Technical University of Berlin.
